Anne Martin’s transition from attorney to entrepreneur to coach has served as a model of reinvention to many. After fifteen years of practicing law in a variety of settings, including the United States Navy, Carnegie Mellon University and a large international law firm, she reinvented herself as an entrepreneur with Mary Kay Cosmetics.® As an award-winning, independent, senior sales director, she trained and mentored hundreds of women in personal development, leadership and customer service.

A move to the Bay Area inspired her to reinvent herself again as a Certified Professional Performance Coach®, Reinvention Strategist and Speaker with the mission of empowering women to redesign their lives to reflect what truly matters to them and to live their potential.

Anne has created and conducted workshops and programs on such topics as: Confidence; Thriving through Transition; Self-Promotion; Living Your Vision; and Leaning In. As an affiliate of Career Generations, a Palo Alto career coaching firm, she has offered Reinvent Your Work/Life, Break Your Confidence Barrier, and Empowered at Work workshops.
